Beware, once cashmere - always cashmere ... The wearing properties of cashmere are so special that once you have experienced this feeling of warmth, lightness and protection, you do not want to miss it.

Cashmere wool is obtained from the dense undercoat of the cashmere goat. The cashmere goats live especially in Mongolia, Nepal, China and Iran in the cold climates. There they develop their fine undercoat, which warms and protects them. In the time of the coat change, the fine hair is carefully combed out by hand and brought to the spinning mills. Only about 150 gr of raw material can be obtained per goat; the quantities let you understand why this sustainable way of wool production makes Cashmere one of the most valuable yarns in the world.

Our Cashmere yarns are certified with the GOTS seal. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and is considered the world's leading standard for the processing of textiles made from certified organically produced natural fibers.
