Creation of DHL label

Returns within Germany are always free of shipping costs. The prerequisite for this is that you generate a friendly hunting return label via our link.

We explain how you can create this here:

Enter your sender details. Follow the instructions on the screen to ensure that all required details are complete. Please enter your order number under customer reference. By entering your email address, you will automatically receive the DHL return label and the QR code by email.

You can choose between two options when printing the DHL return label:

You print it yourself

Print your return label on an A4 sheet of paper and stick it on your return so that it is clearly
visible. Please remove all old shipping labels and
barcodes from the parcel beforehand.

DHL will create the return label for you

Show the QR code on your smartphone in Deutsche Post branches, in
DHL parcel stores, at DHL Packstations or to your DHL delivery driver. DHL will print out the label for you

Make sure that the parcel is properly sealed when you hand it over to DHL for shipping
