Shipping, Delivery & Customs
SHIPPING TYPES
Shipping to Germany is carried out by our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by Friendly hunting are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have taken receipt of your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once.
We process and dispatch orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 13:00 (except on public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch at the latest one working day after receipt of payment.
PACKAGING
Friendly hunting always strives to offer environmentally friendly solutions for shipping. Therefore, all our items are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging. Alternatively, you can still opt for one of our gift boxes at no extra cost.

All orders within Germany are free of charge (express delivery excluded).

DUTIES AND TAXES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR NON EU COUNTRIES
For shipments to non-European countries, no VAT is charged.
By submitting your order and payment or providing the necessary information, you agree to the import regulations of the respective articles.
For deliveries outside Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, etc.), import duties are levied (fees, customs duties, and tax) which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged once your package has reached your country.
We do not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your potential charges might be. These costs must be paid for the package to be cleared through customs, with the customer bearing the costs incurred.
If you need more information on your country's policies, please contact your local customs office. If you refuse the delivery, you will bear the original shipping costs, any taxes and duties incurred, as well as the costs for returning the package.
We ask for your understanding that duties, import sales tax, and handling fees charged to the recipient by the logistics partner on behalf of the customs office cannot be refunded by www.friendly-hunting.com, even in the case of a return of the items.

Please note: Delivery to Russia is currently restricted to certain territories only and is subject to special delivery conditions, including special customs and tax regulations.
